I agree to cultivate unity in our church family through supporting HPC with my words and actions. (Psalm 133:1-3)

I agree to submit to the authority of the Bible as the final word on all issues. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)

Grow

I agree to pursue a life of integrity, purity, and humility before the Lord by God’s grace through the power of the Holy Spirit. (Colossians 3:17)

I agree to live a Christ-centered life by growing through prayer and reading God’s Word. (Colossians 2:7) (2 Pet. 3:18)

I agree, in word and action, with the standard of marriage that is defined in the Bible as a covenant – a sacred bond between one man and one woman, as assigned at birth by God. This covenant is instituted by and publicly entered into before God. (Matt. 19:4-6)

I agree to pursue God’s best for me by refusing to participate in sinful or ungodly activities including, but not limited to, sexual immorality (living together before marriage, same-sex relationships, transgenderism, premarital sex, and extramarital affairs), substance abuse, domestic abuse, or any other forms of abuse. (1 Cor. 6:9-10) (Romans 1:26-32)

I agree to represent Christ and HPC well before others in what I say – including what I post on social media in an effort not to harm anyone or to cause someone to stumble. (Romans 14:1-23) (1 Cor. 8:9-13)

I agree to strive, in word and action, to help fulfill the vision God has given HPC to be “a healing place for a hurting world.” (Heb. 13:17)
