Digital Media Content Coordinator

Full-Time Position ∙ Communications Team ∙ On-site at Highland Campus

The Digital Media Content Coordinator plays a crucial role in using photography and social media to reach people, share Jesus, and make an impact online. This position is responsible for capturing significant moments during HPC services and events, telling the story of what God is doing, and creating content that invites others into that journey. This role helps build an online environment where people can connect with Jesus and the HPC community, both in person and online.

  • Photography:
    The coordinator will take photos at services, events, and special occasions like Baby Dedications and Baptisms. Their eye for lighting and composition is essential. They will also be responsible for editing, organizing, and managing the photos for HPC’s digital platforms.
  • Managing Social Media
    The coordinator will create, schedule, and post content on all HPC social media platforms, ensuring everything aligns with the HPC’s message and style.
  • Volunteer Coordination:
    The coordinator will recruit and train a team of digital media volunteers, helping them develop their photography and social media skills. They will provide ongoing support and visit various campuses to offer training when needed.

This role requires photography expertise with experience using DLSR or mirrorless cameras as well as editing tools like Photoshop or Lightroom.

A degree in Photography, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 1-3 years of experience in photography and social media management is required.

Facilities Team Member

Full-Time Position ∙ Facilities Team ∙ On-site at Highland Campus

The Facilities Team Position is responsible for preparing facilities for church services and various ministries for success by ensuring the environments are set up, clean and prepared for excellence. This role provides essential support to the ministries of HPC in providing a place for people to Gather, Grow, and Go in their relationships with God and others.

The main responsibilities of this role are to prepare and clean facilities and work with the maintenance team to help with the upkeep of properties. This role includes working with a variety of ministries and campuses of HPC. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. The physical requirements of this role include of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, as well as extended periods of standing and walking while preparing and cleaning facilities.
