We take your students’ safety very seriously. During the camp, your students will be with their background-checked small group leaders and our YTH staff members.
A nurse (certified EMT) will be present to address any medical needs at camp. She will also be the one to administer meds and will meet you at check-in.
Please list allergies clearly on the camp registration form. Students will receive a wristband to notify our staff and nurse of their allergies while at camp.
Then Summer Camp is the perfect place to be! This event is designed to help students form meaningful relationships in their small groups over the weekend.
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100. The remaining amount will be available for a refund until one month before summer camp, which is when registration will close.
Small groups are assigned by grade and gender. The team rosters will be launched one month before camp.
A packing list will be provided soon to the email used for camp registration.
Parents/guardians will receive an email with an invitation to the Parent Meeting for camp. This meeting will take place on March 30th at 3pm in the HPC Arena. Further details about this meeting will be sent out to registered students. After that meeting, all the information will also be emailed to parents.
